Choose from Gambas al Fuego in our spicy habanero butter or a traditional favorite like Native Nachos with shredded chicken or beef machaca. Wings En Fuego – “Wings Challenge”

These babies are hot!! In fact so hot we dare anyone to try to eat seven wings in fifteen minutes without any dipping sauces or celery. If you succeed in your quest you will be awarded with a custom t-shirt, your name on our wall of flame and the wings are on us. Whether you succeed or fail we will give you your choice of a bowl of ice cream or a glass of milk to cool the burn.


AZ Wings

Jumbo wings tossed with your choice of mild BBQ or hot wing sauce, served with celery and ranch dressing.


Adobo Scallops

Three large succulent scallops marinated in a blend of citrus juices, southwestern spices, Pasilla Chiles and rich Achiote, served with a zesty red cabbage slaw and Lingonberries. A little tart, a little spice and a little sweet, what could be better.


Sweet Baja Tiger Shrimp and Black Bean Cakes

Three large Tiger shrimp sauteed with Pico de Gallo, chipotle peppers and citrus juices served on top of a rich black bean cake and drizzled with chipotle sour cream.


Snake Bites

Spicy jalapeno peppers stuffed with shrimp mousse + wrapped with smoked bacon, served with pico de gallo + avocado crema.


Angus Sliders

Three Angus beef sliders with grilled onions and jalapenos, served with sides of our signature dipping sauce and your choice of cheese.


Fried Poblano Wings

Thinly sliced poblano peppers tossed in buttermilk, coated with seasoned flour, fried golden brown, served with avocado serrano dipping sauce.


Sonoran BBQ Shrimp

Tender grilled shrimp basted with our spice BBQ sauce + served with mango salsa, red chile horseradish + housemade escabeche.


The Scorpion Kabob

Tender New York Strip marinated with chipotle peppers, Kilt Lifter beer, and spices. Skewered on a metal scorpion tail with red, gold + jalapeno peppers served with a chimichurri sauce.


The Inferno Queso
Queso

Our signature sizzling table-side experience. Homemade hot and gooey queso served in an iron-hot skillet. Topped with green onions, Pico de Gallo, fresh guacamole and then fired with a splash of Don Julio tequila. Accompanied by blue corn tortilla chips.


CHIPS AND SALSA SAMPLER

Fresh made blue corn tortilla chips accompanied by our 3 signature salsas: authentic Mexican Salsa, Green Tomatillo Salsa, and Pico de Gallo.


Native Nachos

The perfect nachos! A mountain of homemade tortilla chips dripping with asadero cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, chipotle sour cream, jalapenos and barracho beans.


JUMBO STUFFED MEATBALLS

Three oversized, perfectly spiced meatballs stuffed with pepper jack cheese. Served with sautéed spinach and spicy fire roasted tomato sauce.

Diablo's-Wings

Jumbo golden crisp wings sauced with our spicy prickly glaze. Served with a green chili ranch dipping sauce. Mild or extra hot available.


Gambas al Fuego

Shrimp sauteed with garlic, tequila, and our special habanero sauce. Served with marinated jicama slaw and cool mango salsa.


MEXICAN GULF SHIMP COCKTAIL

Large gulf shrimp, lightly poached with lemon and served with our house made cocktail sauce. Accompanied by a shaved jicama apple slaw.


ANCHO SEARED TUNA

Seared fresh sushi grade tuna rubbed in ancho chili spice. Served over Poblano aioli and cilantro with a side of our shredded jicama slaw and roasted corn black bean salsa.
