Scottsdale Meatloaf

Not like your mom made it. This sweet slightly smoky meatloaf is basted with our signature prickly pear BBQ sauce and loaded with fresh peppers, onion, garlic, and chipotle peppers, it comes with creamy mashed potatoes and zesty chorizo gravy.


Chile Lime Glazed Salmon

An 8oz salmon filet grilled and basted with our special chile lime glaze, served with sauteed vegetables, rice and black bean sauce with jalapeno creama.


Braised Pork Shank

A braised then slowly roasted pork shank that falls off the bone, served with a rich sun-dried cherry demi-glace, mashed potatoes and asparagus.


Navajo Duck Taco

This dish was inspired by the rich traditions of the Navajo Nation in northern Arizona. Rich duck that has been marinated in a special blend of spices, chipotle peppers, honey and the delicately braised. Served on an authentic Navajo fry bread and topped with pinto beans, red cabbage slaw, and jalapeno cream.


Jalapeno Soy Glazed Short Rib

This is the ultimate in comfort food. A thick cut pork short rib slowly cooked and basted with a jalapeno soy glaze, served with green chile macaroni and cheese.


Guacamole Chicken Pasta

A zesty combination of Pico de Gallo, and a rich guacamole cream sauce topped with grilled chicken, queso fresco and lime wedges served over angel hair pasta.


Valley of the Sun Enchiladas

A combination of grilled chicken, green chiles and asadero cheese rolled into corn tortillas and topped with red and baja sauce, served with borracho beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream.


Baja Fish Tacos

Season pan seared cod served on corn tortillas with out creamy southwest cabbage, accompanied by pico do gallo, cojita cheese and limes.

FISH TACOS

Seasoned and pan seared Basa served in fresh flour tortillas with our creamy southwest cabbage. Served with black beans, roasted corn, cotija cheese, and Pico de Gallo


BALSAMIC PORTOBELLO STACK

Grilled, balsamic marinated Portobello mushrooms layered with sautéed spinach, roasted tomatoes, grilled asparagus, button mushrooms, and roasted poblano sweet corn. Finished with a mild chimichurri sauce.


FIRE ROASTED TOMATO CHICKEN PASTA

Penne pasta tossed with fresh fire roasted tomatoes, shredded Asadero cheese, house made guacamole, and grilled chicken breast.


VALLEY OF THE SUN ENCHILADAS

Fresh shredded chicken or beef machaca, your choice of red or green anaheim chile sauce, all rolled into blue corn tortillas and topped with Asadero cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Served with black beans and roasted poblano sweet corn.


PESTO CRUSTED CORVINA

Fresh 7oz Pacific Corvina crusted with our own cilantro pesto and pan seared to perfection. Served over a bed of sautéed spinach and citrus scented gnocchi with an orange chipotle vinaigrette.


Chorizo Chicken

Tender chicken breast stuffed with chorizo, Pico de Gallo, and Asadero cheese. Neatly wrapped, breaded and seared until crisp and finished with a chipotle creama, served with our special rice and borracho beans


PAN SEARED SALMON

Fresh 7oz Atlantic salmon filet lightly seasoned and pan seared. Served over a bed of sautéed spinach and black pepper gnocchi with a fresh herb chimichurri sauce.


BACON WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN

Wrapped in crisp applewood smoked bacon, served with seasonal vegetable, hatch chile potato pie, and finished with chile garlic butter sauce.


CHIMI MACHACA

An oversized beef or chicken chimichanga filled with black beans, roasted tomato salsa, and Asadero cheese. Topped with a fresh green chile cream sauce and guacamole. Served with black beans and roasted poblano sweet corn.
