From the Santa Cruz Tortilla Club to our famous Baron’s Burger, the sandwiches and specialties on our Tempe restaurant menu cannot be outdone! Try something on the spicy side like the AZ Spicy Chicken Sandwich or stick to an old favorite like the AZ Prime Rib Melt. Our dining menu has sandwiches and specialties for the whole family—so try one of each!

Grilled Vegetable Dagwood

Grilled Rustic Bread filled with sweet golden beets, grilled squash, tomatoes, baby greens, and a slice or queso fresco and drizzled with a Balsamic Nage, served with your choice of fries, sweet potato fries, or fruit.


Mountain Steak Sandwich

Two slices of Texas toast served with beef tenderloin, cooked in savory Pasilla lime demi-glace and topped with sauteed peppers. This Monster is served open face because it’s too large to close, accompanied with your choice of fries, sweet potato fries, or fruit (on the side because it won’t fit on the plate)


Senorita Lucia (for burger lovers!!!)

Juicy Lucy Burger had a little know spicy Latin sister named Lucia. This burger is stuffed with serrano peppers, pepper jack and American cheeses and seasoned with our special blend of southwestern spices and served with your choice of Fries, sweet potato fries, or fruit. Unbelievably yummy!!!!


AZ Steak Melt

Perfectly shaved steak sirloin cooked with chopped green chiles, sauteed onions topped with asadero cheese.


The Baron’s Burger

A half pound choice Angus beef topped with your choice of cheese; pepper jack, American, or cheddar. Topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle on a Grilled butter bun.


CHEF’S MARKET QUESADILLA

Daily choice of fresh and delicious ingredients all stuffed into a buttery grilled flour tortilla. Served with chipotle sour cream. Guacamole, Southwest black beans, and yellow possole.

AZ Spicy Chicken Sandwich

A tender chicken breast marinated in a special blend of spices, grilled to perfection and topped with escabeche, served with our signature cinnamon ketchup.


AZ PRIME RIB MELT

Perfectly seared prime rib slices served over grilled butter bun topped with melted Asadero cheese, Negro Modelo onions, and chopped green chili. You’ll love the poblano Espanol dipping sauce.
